Corporate Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Founder and CEO

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

 

ADA Requirements: 

All responsibilities outlined in this job description are considered critical

and the frequency is high.

 

Employee will:

• Be required to stand 6-8 hours at one time for as much as 10 hours in

 one day.

• Sit 2-4 hours in a day

• May drive 30 minutes to two hours in one day

• Infrequently drive up to six hours in one day for meetings

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently for up to 30 yards

• Be occasionally required to bend, squat, kneel, climb and reach up to

 three feet overhead

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills using the

 English language

• Must have minimum of 2+ years experience as an assistant, either

 at an executive or administrative level 

• Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented 

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple

 projects and substantial work flow under pressure 

• Ability to manage a dynamic and constantly changing calendar,

 including scheduling of multi participant meetings and conference

 calls with clients, senior executives and internal staff from various

time zones 

• Answer executive phone line professionally, promptly and efficiently

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and

 follow through on issues in a timely manner

• Responsible for all travel arrangements (international & domestic)

 including detailed and complex itineraries, car services, business dinners

• Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
